His journey began at Obafemi Awolowo University, where he earned a B.Sc. in Quantity Surveying. He further advanced his expertise with a Master’s in Project Management from the University of Lagos.

His professional experience started at Du-Franc & Partners, and he has since risen to his current role as Managing Partner at Complete Cost Surveyors Limited. Renowned for his efficiency and precision, Niyi has instilled a culture of excellence within his team, ensuring world-class project delivery.

Having collaborated withvarious international firms, Niyi’s work meets global industry standards. His portfolio includes landmark projects such as: CCP Place, Bank of Industry, Lagos, Ministry of Interior Head Office, Qatar, The Campbell Center, The Manor, Ilaro, Ogun State, Cummins West Africa Limited.

A Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (FNIQS) and a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, UK (MRICS - 1238727), Niyi remains a key player in the industry, consistently delivering excellence on every project.

Niyi is a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor with over 15 years of experience spanning construction, consultancy, and mortgage industries. He has a proven track record in project monitoring and cost control, cost management, project estimation, tendering and bidding preparation, and contract negotiation.

Throughout his career, Niyi has played a key role in delivering high-quality projects, including Elizade Auto Showroom and Workshop at various locations, including Victoria Island, Ikeja, and Uyo, Akwa Ibom.

A member of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS) and the Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria (QSRBN), Niyi upholds the highest industry standards, ensuring cost-effective and efficient project execution.

Sunday is a dedicated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in cost management and contract administration. He began his academic journey at the University of Lagos, where he developed a solid foundation in quantity surveying.

His professional career started at Architouch Consult Limited, and he has since advanced to his current role as a Project Quantity Surveyor at Complete Cost Surveyors Limited.
