CCP Place

The project is one of the few purpose built building consultants or consortium offices in Nigeria.
Completed in 2011 on a site of about 1,235 sqm within Oniru, Victoria Island, Lagos

The Raymond's Place

As an optimal response to an otherwise rectilinear site of about 1670sq m on Cooper road,Ikoyi, this mixed-use development is a seamless combination of two distinct programs.

A vertical dwelling of 4No townhouses on three floors and a horizontal dwelling of ancillary facilities such as a gym, 10No parking, entrance lounge on the ground floor, two floors of lettable office spaces totalling 450sqm and two upper floors of 1 no luxury apartment each.

The Campbell Center

The Campbell Center is a multi-level car park facility and Event center commercial development.
It occupies a floor area of 1749.32sqm on a site of size 2981.74sqm.

It provides car parking to accommodate 400 cars on five (5) floors to suit the environment and
eliminate the parking problem within its vicinity. It also provides a 1000 seating capacity Event center,
Restaurant/Lounge, Gym and Spin center – all on the fifth floor to promote the Lagos social culture.

The construction started in September 2016 and was completed in November 2018

The Manor

The Manor is a private family resort in the General Reserved Area (GRA) of Ilaro, Ogun state, Nigeria.

This resort comprises basically of a main house and a guest house connected by paved walkways and ancillary relaxation facilities that serve as a meeting area for the family and its guest.

The concept is to restore its neo colonial architecture of the building existing.

The White Orchid House

The White Orchid House is an entertainment and leisure center comprising of 5 no. luxury cinemas, 20 – key boutique hotel,
restaurant, bars, lounges, swimming pool and multipurpose hall.

The design is a bespoke building with the design concept inspiration drawn from the green environment starting from the leafy shape of the curtain wall coupled with the intentional use of green tinted glass synonymous with most plant species to the use of wood grain imprinted Aluminum composite panels which symbolizes the back of a tree.
